| Has anyone currently come across this problem? I do not use download managers or have any addons and I have done everything it says . I am trying to download the plug-in to blender Error: Forbidden 403 Unfortunately you could not access the download file. This error can be caused by download managers* or browser add-ons like RefControl which change the referrer value of the download link. How to resolve this issue ? Disable installed download managers* or browser add-ons. You can also try to use a different browser like Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome to download the file. Please also check your firewall and antivirus settings to ensure that they do not block the download. |
