Can anyone help me please, i am just finishing a map, but i made it a quarter of the size, does anyone know how to make the pda the same size as the map i made. Thank You.

Use your "weight" Maps as a layer. Combine them in Photoshop or any other tool. It will look mint ;)
You won't be able to size it down. Infact you could used a smaller map before starting your terrain at all.
