I make a map, now I want to have a cowzone, but I did not have a transform group;
Location and animals. How can I get in Giants Editor 5.5.1

well, you could create everything from scratch but i think it would be much easier to get an existing setup for the animals from the original map.
So, i would suggest you use the 'File -> Export Selection with Files' command to export the 'animals transformgroup' and all its childs to a folder on your desktop.
After that, copy the folder into the file structure of your map and import the i3d file, which you have exported before.
Now you have everything what you need inside your map.
Note: To recreate navigation meshes for your animals just have a look at the video tutorials - they cover that topic!
