| OK: Here's another game engine false\positive error. Error: Missing descVersion attribute in mod Bjornbridge And here is the modDesc header: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="no" ?> <modDesc descVersion="21"> <author>Twisted Farmer</author> <version>1</version> And the end tag: </modDesc> is at bottom. Loaded this map 2 days ago no problem. Made no changes to it sense then. Just loaded game as usual. Map not showing, This game engine is behaving like MS Windows. Only loads what it wants to when it wants to, not what it can load. Just another false reading of a positively working mod. Maybe next time I try it will decide to load the map. |

| Hi there, I had this problem with self-scripted mods, too, so I'm interested in a solution. I just stopped working on mods, but that's no solution,is it? Cheers Yannik |

| Hi, that sounds strange. May I have a look at the complete file? Please also make sure that you have only one version of the mod in your mods folder (e.g. having a .zip version of the mod and a folder/extracted version of the mod will very likely introduce problems/confusion) Cheers, Emil |

| There is no consistency in the game engine. With only shutting down game and coming back later to try again. NO changes made, yet this time it loads game without the error. And no there isn't a zipped and unzipped in same folder. I have the unzipped, the one I'm editing in separate location. When done editing I just make a new zip and replace existing in mod folder.
