| My giants editor is crashing on start. the only info i can give is the error message can't create render device. logs don't seem to be created and by gpu compatible |

| Start the empty editor and in the menu: view > profile: set low then start the map editor with map.i3d |

| did you try to reinstall Giants editor? i believe there is also a way to set or reset configuration outside the tool or with command line, but that im not sure off. |

| I also have this issue, except mine gets past render system and fails to create a swap chain so it closes instantly. |

| I had this issue yesterday and deleted all files in my log folder for the editor. Found in AppData/Local/GIANTS Editor folder. Which fixed the issue. |
