Blinking beacon light/bar

Hello.
I'm converting a mod with a beacon light bar.
It has a strobe bar that I have converted over material wise.
I have painted the vertex in Blender and have a 2nd UV map.
The real lights and static lights are set up correctly.

I cannot get the static light to blink along with the strobe. Any ideas of what I need to correct? I'm assuming the 2nd UV map, but don't see any direction on that specifically.

I figured it out.
For any one searching for this, the beacon static lights need to be in the 2nd UV sector "Default Light & High Beam" (1 through 8 for the new UV static lights section - look at the Giant's PDF for converting FS22 to FS25) on the *2nd UV layer*. You need 2 UV layers, which I knew about, but the 2nd UV layer determines what the lights are.

You can find out by looking at examples and looking at the lightIds0 - lightIds4 control groups under the static light shader (vehicleShader for parent).
Each control represents the 16 new light UV sections for static lights.
