Hi,I downloaded a sample map and when i opened it on giant editor,there was wheat bulk on the soil,and I don't know how to remove that

Assuming that your brush is set up as RMB > Subtract: Terrain Foliage Paint Mode > RMB to remove, or simply paint over it with another foliage. This is as basic as it gets with GE so perhaps a tutorial or two wouldn't hurt.
