I'm using GE 5.5.2, When I check on terrain info layer paint mode my screen goes dark. When I try to paint on the terrain it paints white as if I am trying to move an animal zone. That's all it will do it won't paint anything else and when I put the foliage layer on terrain detail it still just paints white. I also noticed that I don't have wheat in the texture layer, I've also noticed I can only use 0-6 of the foliage layer channels the rest are shaded in. I've searched everywhere on the internet and can't find a solution, I've also tried different GE's nothing changes. If someone could help me out on this I would appreciate it very much. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

actually the 'Terrain Info Layer Paint Mode' is only for painting these white suqares if you want to change an animal husbandry.
Options are in the 'Info Layer Painting' section in the 'Terrain Editing Panel'

The 'Terrain Detail Texture Paint Mode' is used for changing/painting the terrain color/textures.
Note:
If it is activated you'll see squares marked by white lines.
Each square can only have up to four different textures - keep that in mind, when you try to paint!
Options are in the 'Texture Layer Painting' section in the 'Terrain Editing Panel'

The 'Terrain Foliage Paint Mode' is used to paint/plant fruit types on your map and to give the ground below the fruites an appropriate look.
Options are in the 'Foliage Layer Painting' section in the 'Terrain Editing Panel'

Only one of these modes can be enabled.

Regards,
Emil
