Hi all I have a problem when I add cubemap to a model that also has a normal map. For example, I'm currently making a set of crawlers for a tractor, and the track has both normal and specular map. But when I also add the cubemap, the model turns completely black. And then, if I remove the normal map, the model gets back to it's original color and texture, but now without normal map, which means the cubemap has no effect. I don't know if this is a problem with GE in general, but it's bothering a bit. If it's something I've forgot to add somewhere, I'd really like to know. |

Hi, you have to apply the normal map in maya/blender already. The exporter will detect this and set an appropriate attribute of the shape so that it can get rendered in the correct way. Cheers, Emil |
