When I open a mod from 6.0.5 into 7.0.2, it looks fine. After I save, a few shapes turn into transform groups when i load again.

I happen the same thing but in exporting live blender, I do not know why. There is no error message on the version 6.05. I use the 2.78 version of blender.

there is a new version of the editor in the pipeline, which will fix that problem hopefully.

you just export your files in binary i3D files (*.i3d)

I have version 7.0.2, and it is an improvement, thanks, but is this the one your talking about Emile, Or is there to be a newer version coming?

You can fix if you import a i3d of FS17, for example go to data\shared\vehicleParts and import toolbar.i3d. Well, now save your mod and close Editor.

Open Giants Editor of new and the error has disappeared, now you only need the import object toolbar.i3d and save your mod.
