Editor Crash on Open file

Just trying the editor for the first time.
When I open a map into the editor it crashes.

I have farm sim 2015
Editor: 7.1

maybe you can find some warning/error messages in the log.txt of the editor.

A workaround might be to open the Editor first and load the map manually afterwards.

Hey, Where can I find the log file for the editor? I can see it for my game.

Also tried to run the editor first and then import then open the file with no luck.

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\GIANTS Editor 64bit 7.1.0

that's the location for the editor_log.txt

Eventually your GPU does not support OpenGL as much as it is required by the editor.
(The game itself can switch to DirectX, but the Editor can't)

Doesn't seem to be anything wrong.

I have just purchased Farm Sim 2017 as well.

Tried a Farm Sim 17 map and it works fine. Might just be that file!

jap, the log looks fine.

Aha ... sorry I didn't realize you are on FS15.
So, for FS15 you need to use an older version of GE. (Should come with your source of installation)
But I would recommend you to switch to FS17 anyway :)
