The GIANTS Editor is not available for download. It only comes with the games (Farming Simulator, Demolition Company). For Farming Simulator 2011 the editor installer is in the SDK folder which is located at the place where the game is installed.

I bought the game via steam.
here is the location of giants_Editor
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\farming simulator 2011\sdk
