what are the radius and info Layer numbers for horse's

radius is 2.1. Infolayer system is not used anymore as the navmeshes are provided with the placeables directly.

Jos, did you mean 1.2? 2.1 is HUGE! I looked at the original Horse navMesh and it's certainly not 2.1.

The animal husbandry file says 2.1 for horses. Does not mean we used that value, but its in the xml file.
