| hi, with a friend we discuss if fs19 is better to install in c: \ program files or in C: \ program files (86)? I say that it is better in 64-bit program files. what do you say? |

| The GE is a 64bit program and should be installed in the 64 bit "program files". Technically there's no difference since Windows recognizes 64 or 32 bit programs and handles them accordingly. However Microsoft doesn't want to mix 32/64 bit programs. The main reason is: many programs/applications are installed twice as 32 and 64 bit version. If these are installed in the same directory, errors can occur caused by different 32/64 bit accessory files. |
