Hey, I'm really new to all of this, so sorry if I'm doing something totally wrong. I'm trying to edit a Fendt 500, but I get loads of errors telling me that it can't load resources, for example:
Error: Can't load resource 'C:/Users/User/Documents/MyGames/FarmingSimulator2019/data/shared/default_normal.png'.

Turns out I'm missing a folder called "data". What can I do about this? Will the game still function properly if I copy the "data" folder from the other directory, or will that break MP?

Any help is appreciated

You have made something wrong at save or export.
If you get the following queries, you must answer:
"use parent directory?" : NO
"use game default paths?" : YES

To avoid confusion, you should establish a separate directory for editing on your drive, let's say "D:\FS19work". Better don't use the desktop, though this is often recommanded.

Alright, so if I make a folder called \FS19work, I should drag in my mod files + the \data folder, is that correct?
Then I should also set that as my path in "Preferences" in GE?

NO NO NO
In the GE preferences you MUST register the correct path to your FS GAME installation.
With "data" folder is meant this folder of the game install.

If your mod has corrupt filepaths (in i3d), change these by manually editing or roll back to a backup (you have hopefully made *g*).
Or simply begin again with the original.

Ah, alright. My bad then, I guess. I put my path as C:\Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2019\.
I guess that was totally wrong then, and that is probably the main reason why this is happening. I'll try to change my path tomorrow and see how that works out then, thank you :)
