|I can see that the terrain height from spline script uses a function called setTerrainHeightAtWorldPos, but I can't find any information on that function or other similar functions. I want to also set the terrain texture underneath my spline. What function can I use for this and where can I find information about them?

There's already a script "paintTerrainBySpline.lua".
Many scripts refer to "editorUtils.lua" where you'll also find infos about terrain changes with 'setTerrainLayerAtWorldPos()'.
