| Just checked i did not, just had the part selected. Hit tab key the a key then smart uv project then unwrap then uv ,menu hover over press a key then select a material and it gives me the error. |

| Forgot to ask: i3d Exporter version? Blender version? Is you object scaled 1 1 1? What is your Smart UV Project island margins spacing set to? |

| Im useing the unofficial exporter because the giants one does not work for me. blender version 4.3. scale is 1 1 1. Smart UV settings Angle Limit 66; degrees Margin Method; scaled Island Margin; 0.000 Area Weight; 0.000 thanks again! |

| Try to using an island margin of 0.005. I only use the GIANTS version of the i3d exporter because I can be in-game FS22 or FS25, make an edit in Blender, export and see the change in-game without using the Giants Editor.
