Hi – I hope everyone at Giants are well! I’ve studied a so called “starter” map for FS15. It’s completely flat. When looking at the map’s wireframe it seems that 2x2 meters of the terrain model = 2 triangles. Is this correct? If so, will FS17 maps have more triangles per square meter making it even easier to model a detailed terrain? I totally understand if you can’t answer this question now. But I had to ask :) |

Hi, no, but there's a setting in the map.i3d which you could use the increase the resolution per m². This would also decrease the map size, so you could increase the file sizes ... It's all a trade off between accuracy and memory usage ... and some other things Cheers, Emil |

Oh, I wasn't aware of that. Thanks a bunch, Emil. I'm going to test it :) |
