Using Blender 2.903 or 3.6, if I create a simple mesh cube and export it with Giants i3d exporter after resetting the origins to zero and importing into Giants 9.0.4 Editor alongside another object for comparison, the cube shows up at ground level along with the comparison object in the store. But after purchasing the mod, the cube is placed about .5m above the ground while the comparison object sits at ground level.

If I clear the transforms it makes no difference. If I move the cube so that it displays properly when purchased, it shows buried half in the ground in the store.

Check your xml script, is the cube inside a transform group that moves to a different location. Most placeables change elevation depending on the ground slope.

As best I can tell, that is not the case. This is not a placeable, it is a custom vehicle mod. I took a working mod of a trash can with a lid (2 components) and added a simple mesh cube from a Blender i3d export. I added 1 more component to the XML file and updated the mod. There are no logfile errors after running the mod. When viewed in the store, the original trash can is shown with the cube and both are at ground level. But when purchased or leased, the trash can is shown at ground level but the cube is shown next to it above ground level.

In Blender 3.6, I had moved the cube to be level with the ground plane and reset the origins to zero before exporting. I also verified the origin of the cube in Giants editor 9.0.4 as all axis at zero after scaling in half and freezing the transform. I made the cube a rigid body and set the CPU mesh flag and bits 21 and 13 of the collision mask.

Here is a video of the entire process I used. https://youtu.be/Eh14Kh0isi0

When you exported the obj, was the EDITOR export scale set to 1,1,1 in the preferences?
