Problem's when creating a start map

Hello.

Im having problems creating a start map for my 2013 maps.

This is what ive been doing -

Extract the modmapSDK onto desktop
Open the default map in GE from data/maps/map01.i3d
Extract all with files to the folder created on the desktop called "map" from the modmapSDK
rename the map to Drayton Farm in the mod desk
At this point if zip the map up and go into game it gives me an arror saying it cant find the map.i3d
So as its saying "map.i3d rather than map01.i3d i rename the map i3d to map.i3d.
zip it up and go into game
All works perfect
Open the map up in GE, remove everything to create a start map. All i am leaving is -

Locations/Butterfly/cows/sheep
Horseshoes
Animals/cows/sheep/chickens
info/help icons
field icons

everything ealts is removed and the correct models/texture folders removed.

then if i go in game to see if everything is okay before i start creating my map i get this in my log -

Chris, I get the Error: index out of range, but it map works fine..
