I have a tracked tractor, that I put a new belt on, and made the back wheel larger to fit the new belt. I also moved the entire track, so that everything fit on the tractor. But now the track only "spins" when I'm driving +3 km/h. I think it has something to do with the radius of the driving wheel (not the visible ones), since when I play with the radius, it sometimes changes to only spin at +10 km/h, sometimes it goes backwards, and sometimes it won't spin at all. I just can't seem to hit that magic number.

Is there perhaps another place I should be looking at?

Nobody knows?
If it's any help, I did get the track to move, when I put the drive node too high, so the rear end of the track, was a bit under ground.

Hi,

really hard to say what's going wrong.

We need more infomration to be able to help you.

As always: take a look at the default vehicles and try to understand what the xml attributes are meaning.
You could also go a step further and create a mod out of a default vehicle to be able to "play around" with the xml attributes.
This way you will understand much better what the attributes mean and you validate your assumptions.
Please do that first and take care of your mod afterwards.

If you still struggle with your mod after being sure what the xml attributes mean, feele free to post the vehicle.xml of your mod to pastebin (and the linkt to that here).
Some images might also help us to understand what's going wrong.

Cheers,
Emil
