Not sure where this post should go but...

I am having issues with lighting in FS 17, here is a pic of what I mean.

http://fs-uk.com/forum/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=307877

The lighting/shadows are often a bit pixel-y, and tends to just dissapear when viewed from certain angles...

Any help would be great.

Hi,

could you please post the image on a site where everybody can see it.
(fs-uk.com requires you to be logged in to see the picture)

One thing you can try is to adjust the graphics settinsg in the main menu.
e.g. overall/general quality and especially the shader quality

have fun and cheers
Emil

Okay, sorry about that, here is the image again.

I tried messing with the graphics settings, increasing shader quality, and have a high (custom) grpahics setup.
Also tried updating my drivers but everything seems to be up to date. Unless I missed something.

Thanks in advance.

(P.S) I have the same problem as Mirek.

Nevermind, I found the fix!

I went to My Documents/My Games/ Farming Simulator 2017/game.xml, and changed...

<renderer>D3D_11</renderer>

to

<renderer>D3D_10</renderer>

Here is a link to a video of how to fix it in case someone has the same issue, and finds this thread.
