Hi, I am new to modding. I would like to flatten some areas of the original maps in order to create bigger fiields. I am able to open the map in the editor and modify the height of each node of the mesh but only up and down(right and left mouse click). My question would be, is there any other way to do this? Mouse clicks are quite inaccurate when it comes to flatten or smooth the slope. Thanks and kind regards, M. |

Hi Marcos.... you can easily flat your Terrain by choosing the "Replace" Feature of Terrain Editing..... I by Example switch the Right Mouse Button ( RMB in Terrain Editing Window ) from "Subtract" to "Replace". The Text Field below showns the Height of the Flattend Terrain, to get the actual Height from the Coursor just use CRTL + R. If you able to understand German you can watch the Tutorial Videos here: https://gdn.giants-software.com/videoTutorials2.php |
