I'm helping someone work on a map. For some reason everything we save the map i3d it's doubling in size. Any ideas?

There are special/non standard ASCII(?) characters in your i3d file from a corrupted object.
Use np++ to sort out which lines are corrupted, remove them, then save. And of course have a backup copy. Always..

Ok ty. The individual I was working with had a script causing the issue, which they found like it describing. Ty for the help
