I recommand "Audacity" - a very powerful freeware sound editor.
However for conversion only probably too complex. ;)

Converting into audacity and problem is further converted to 16 bit and 44100 Hz and mono as it is in the original and nothing further fits this error and thus distorts the distorted sounds
