Hello, its me again. Last time i had problem with waterPlane and i added it. But now in one area of my map is ''invsibile water''. I cant see any water, but when im going with tractor right there it says: ''dont drive to deep". I havent got any other waterplane on the map, which can be detached visiblity or something like that

Bilbo Beutlin (BBeutlin) 01.03.2019 20:17
What do you think causes this? Right - the waterplane is too near.
So move it some meters below current height.
Honestly - this idea you could have yourself.

Beneath you could have continued your other thread.

Filip Cat (FilipPlayer54) 01.03.2019 20:34
Ok but its really long way from this place, where i have the water. I have made small lake, but i removed it and lower a lot of and it works. Next problems my problems there will be

Bilbo Beutlin (BBeutlin) 01.03.2019 20:48
Then create your own waterplane, since it's only for 'dummy' that the bugged engine runs.
In GE create a primitive plane, scale it to maybe 10x10m, freeze scaling. Then you take over the shape settings from a regular waterplane, assign material and move the plane deeeeeep under your lowest terrain.

*sigh* You should learn a little more in tutorials before beginning great projects.

I've got one question. Do you know how can i add tractor or machine from mods, to defaults vehicles? I think its possible because I saw it in map for fs17

Bilbo Beutlin (BBeutlin) 02.03.2019 12:14
Yes - of course. Look into the standard maps' "mapXX_vehicles.xml". In this style you must add your vehicles or tools.
Pay attention that your filename matches the 'defaultVehiclesXMLFilename' in modDesc.

An easy way to determine position is from a savegame's "vehicles.xml". Perhaps start a testgame, buy and place the vehicles, then save and carry over the required values.
Note: you shouldn't simply copy and paste the complete entry from savegame, because it's a little different.

Ive got another problem, because when im adding fence and gate on my map, then im saving and leaving from the editor, and opening editor textures are white. I hadn't any problem with that in my other maps. I Changed paths for textures while taking model so i dont know what is problem

Bilbo Beutlin (BBeutlin) 06.03.2019 14:44
You have exported/imported the objects?
Most probably in the wrong way, using wrong options.
So your paths to textures are wrong now. Edit them in the i3d <Files> (text mode).

Filip Cat (FilipPlayer54) 06.03.2019 15:29
I exported gate and fence from the map. I selected it, clicked Export Selection with Files then saved in my map, cutted textures and pasted on the folder where i3d file is, and opened by right click and Open with Notepad++ changed the path to just the name (because it is in the same folder)

Bilbo Beutlin (BBeutlin) 06.03.2019 15:52
You'll see in the logs what's going wrong - check both:
editor log: {USER}\AppData\Local\GIANTS Editor ...\editor_log.txt
game log: {USER}\Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator...\log.txt

Probably wrong path or - since you have "cutted textures" - wrong size or format.

theres nothing too, and textures must be good because in other models ts working good, onlyh ive got problem with this fences and gates and i dont know why

Bilbo Beutlin (BBeutlin) 06.03.2019 19:42
Look into your exported gate and fence i3d's for proper texture names and paths.
Maybe also you have exported without the textures.

Check also your map.i3d for these textures.
