| Forum, I have used giants editor 8.1 to change the size of my wheels and tires on one of my mods. I have made all the tire/wheels wider and the front tire/wheels are smaller in outside diameter. When I place this mod in my game, it looks just as I wanted it to look. But now the front tires are off the ground by half the diameter change. I assume that I have to change something in the mods xml but does anyone know what to change. I have played around by changing the susp travel numbers and friction numbers, but have not had any luck yet. Or is there something I need to go back and change in the editor? Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Rick PS. Great NASCAR race last night, more money on my bonus check..... Yay!!!! |

| Nevermind everyone, I found my answer elsewhere. If anyone else needs this answer, go to your mod's xml. Open in Notepad++, find the tires you changed, change the radius value to smaller or larger. Then save the Notepad++, rezip the file and put it into your mods folder. Then go in the game and see if you need more or less. Any questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you, Rick |
