| Is there a way to allow a windrower to pick up silage or other fill types? |

| Principle 'forageWagon': the vehicle needs additionally the specs 'pickup' and 'fillUnit'. And of course a discharge possiblity. However that's not very realistic, isn't it? *g* |

| well in the traditional sense, no but there is a windrower mo, the windrow king, that looks like it would be excellent for cleaning up the trough area and bunker silo's if only it could pick up silage. so as a personal edit that is my plan and doesn't seem far fetched that some one would use it as such. my question to you now is if i make it a 'forageWagon' would it still pick it up and discharge it automatically like it does now with straw, hay and grass? |

| ah - you mean it should not really load something, but only pickup and deposit immediately? Just what the windrower does but instead straw/grass now with silage etc.? That's not trivial, because straw/grass are types of <fruitType ...> => <windrow> and a windrower (workArea) only manages these types. For regular fillTypes (like silage) you need another spec. I think with spec 'shovel' it could work. There are also some mods around kind of bunker silo tools. There fillTypes could be added. |

| yes exactly what i mean. I will try to add shovel to it and see what happens |
