Hello, i am editing a map "Sosnovka" for better experience with fields and i want to make them owned, so is still usable to use command in Field -> User Atributes and then write "ownedByPlayer" for boolean type?

No - in FS19 you can merely own the terrain (farmland), not a dedicated field alone.

So, i need create field Dimensions on new field? or can i remove all Dimensions to have fields free without any progression after i buy the terrain? Is that possible? Or it will ruin map with removing all Dimensions?

The field definitions are required for the NPC missions.
Also the field definitions support the AI helper.
Though it's possible, it's not recommanded to remove field definitions.
