Is there any possibility to check if a vehicle with an engine has one turne signal turned on?

Yes. You can check the variable '{vehicle}.spec_lights.turnLightState' - this can be
'Lights.TURNLIGHT_RIGHT' or 'Lights.TURNLIGHT_LEFT' or 'Lights.TURNLIGHT_HAZARD' or 'Lights.TURNLIGHT_OFF'
Should be self-explanatory.
