I would like to know if you can remove AI farmers from planting cotton on my map, as cotton isn't really grown around where I live. |

Yes, you can. Your map must have a custom "fruitTypes.xml" (instead the default). There you set <fruitType name="cotton" .. useForFieldJob="false"> |

Is there anyway to set what the AI is more likely to plant? Or is it just random per each game and season if you play with seasons as I do? |

In vanilla game it's pure random. For "seasons" I don't know, but I'd assume it's dependent from current climatic period. |
