Good morning all. I'd like to undertake revamping the AI Traffic. Does anyone have a good tutorial and good tips? My first couple attempts did not go well. |

All you need is - learning basics eg. by the video tutorials on this site - asking your preferred search engine "fs19 traffic" |

@Bilbo.... I know the basics and a little more. I'm not searching for an already made set. I'd like to create one that includes fire trucks and buses. Maybe even a hippy Volkswagen. I'd like to build something more realistic for my map. Thank you for the reply. Much appreciated. |

Doesn't look like you would know and understand the basics. You can add/exchange traffic vehicles in your map's trafficSystem.xml. These vehicles must have certain properties, you cannot simply add an arbitrary default or mod vehicle (without major changes). Do a more precise search by "fs19 traffic vehicle". This will give you lots of examples and ready-to-use mods. Most of them should include instructions how to implement in your map. |

Quote "without major changes" ... It's the major changes part that I am looking to learn. As stated above. I am not looking for "Ready Made", I would like to produce a more modern custom package specific to my map projects. |

At the very first traffic vehicles should have much less triangles/vertices than normal vehicles. They don't have a dedicated xml, so you must do all within the i3d. The wheels have a different organization. Wheel limit is 6. Examine some default traffic vehicles in $data/vehicles/cars/ and you'll see. |
