The new GIANTS Loop Synthesis Tool 9 for Farming Simulator 22 is now available for download at:
https://gdn.giants-software.com

This tool allows you to create "gls" files that are used in Farming Simulator 22 to define the sounds of the vehicle motors.
The definition is stored in a "glsp" file as well as several ogg/wav files that are used to define the various sample data used.
Since the gls files that are shipped with Farming Simulator 22 can not be opened by the tool, checkout the Loop Synthesis Sample data at https://gdn.giants-software.com for several samples of some of the vehicles in Farming Simulator 22.

Anyone else have crashes when importing a new .wav file and adjusting the RPMs ?

It's unusable at the moment

I have a question, in response to @Thelion092. What file formats will the tool accept? It claims to support .wav or .ogg files, but when I attempt to use a .wav file with these specifications:

Mono, 44100Hz, 16-bit PCM (according to Audacity)

The tool's log returns this error:

Error: Invalid format=ogg (52 sec, 1151950 samples @ 22050hz). Format supported: 16bit mono or ogg mono @ 44.1khz.

It actually seems to be misreading the file. It's not an ogg file, it's 44.1Khz (or 44100Hz, anyway), not 22050Hz, and it's 16-bit mono.

Does anyone know what causes this error, and how to resolve it? Thank you.
