I used splines and created roadways for my map. Exported them and put them into blender. Added the road that I wanted (which works just fine when placed individually) and imported back into GE. Got a couple roadways in and tested it in game. Vehicles are driving through the roadway. I've compared my collision mask to the ingame map and everything is the same. Needing help PLEASE!!!

check in the atributes and make sure Rigid Body in ticked.

The rigid body tag was already selected and his log showed the following error

Error: Physics Mesh Cooking failed, due to too many polygons in "Interstate1"

Polygon count on that one item was over 64,000 so the game could not create the collision mesh as it was too large.

In fact there was three items listed all with the same error and polygon counts in excess of 60,000 in each one.

The total polygon count for the roadsCity transform in Elmcreek is 69,000 but each section is no larger than 6,000

I believe as a rough guide the max polygon count of an object without a suitable seperate collision mesh should be around the 7,000 mark, anythiing above is likely to trigger that error in the log and also the Test Runner tool.

yeah 64,000 polygons is going to cause problems... You could just make the sections smaller while in blender, so instead of 1 road have 4-5 smaller pieces and save each section as it's own i3D file and then import them into GE... If you leave the attributes as they are the roads should import into correct place in map.

That was the answer I gave the OP in the link I posted where he first asked the question.
