Can I import i3d in Maya ?

No, but I saw a post somewhere ... i3d is nothing more than a giant XML file, but what you can do, is EXPORT from the Giants Editor to .OBJ, then Import that .OBJ into Maya/Max. It does not retain the paths to the textures, but will retain the UVW Mapping.

Hope that helps! ;-)
