| hi there I have downloaded giants editor 5.5.2 I try to upload a map into it and it doesn't work for some reason all it keeps saying to me is it can't load resources. is there something wrong on my end or is it giants editor please someone help me. |

| Hey Jason... the editor works, so something else is wrong... Make sure you're not trying to run the 64 bit version on a 32 bit OS... you can try to uninstall and reinstall but I doubt if that will fix your problem... The most likely problem is (and you probably know this) make sure you UNZIP your map file to a folder BEFORE you try to EDIT the map01.i3d file USING the Giants Editor... if you try to open a map that's still zipped you will get a 'can't find resources' error ! | Howdy guys/gals I need some help with a problem Im having with my Giant 3D editor. I have unzip the zip file and going to edit a map01.i3d and try to load it into the editor but it crash the editor so i even try to load the default Hagenstedt and it even crash the editor. I am running windows 8 x86 and downloaded the x86 editor files from this site and it still crash when open a map so I try the x32 editor from this site and it crash when open a map. when I had my windows 7 I didnt have any problem editing/creating maps till my screen got busted on it so I got windows 8 and now cant do any editing or creating maps cause the editor keep crashing. So I came looking for some possible answers to my problems or see if anyone else is having some what the same problems. |

| I am using windows 8.1, when trying to open a file, it comes up with following message; GIANTS Editor has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Close Program I have installed 64 bit version inline with my OS. |

| I have the same problem. I have a 64-Bit OS and I have the up-to-date Editor, and when I go to save an edited file, it crashes. |
