hi, the editor has a problem, open a map, default, mod map, and get stuck for a few minutes. I am forced to move the mouse in many parts of the map and after a while it unlocks. does anyone know why? error free FS19 1.5.1 editor 8.1 |

Do you use wireless keyboard/mouse or such with special drivers? These often make some problems. Try with wired standard devices without special features. Also make sure, all is on your local drives. Don't use cloud storage like OneDrive, Steam cloud or similar. |

hi, i don't use wireless keyboards or mice, fs19 and editor are in C: \ program files \ etc. etc. I don't use cloud storage or other farming is bought on the giants site not in steam. I do not understand why after clicking on various objects on the map for 1/2 minutes everything resumes normal thanks happy new year |

hmm - looks completely unsuspicious. For test disable temporarily any anti-malware programs. Delete in "{USER}\AppData\Local\GIANTS Editor ...\" the file "editor.xml" and all files in folder "shader_cache". These will get re-created automatically. At first test with a Giants default map. |

Again - totally normal, unsuspicious log. :) Ok - your CPU is not one of the fastest, but should not cause lags for a few minutes. If you have loaded a new map, it may take a while before the shader caches are created. A mod map can cause lags if non-ASCII characters are used, eg. for labels or filenames. That can even lead to freeze or crash. Your CPU has an internal gfx chip. Make sure, your external GPU (GTX 950) is always used, not the iGPU. Check your Windows and Nvidia driver settings for high performance instead energy saving. Try reducing the hardware profile to LOW. In the Nvidia driver set triple buffer ON, shader cache OFF, vert. sync FAST. No guarantee, but helps perhaps. Test also if there are changes if you're offline (disable network or unplug LAN-cable). |

hello happy new year, thanks for the replies. I don't play much with farming, I am a mapper design of the FSI team that we publish the mods on modhub giants. the problem has recently appeared, it is very annoying sometimes after 2 or 3 clicks on objects on the map it unlocks sometimes it takes longer. after unlocking everything works very well. happens with all maps even empty. with my pc I have no problems playing fs19 even in 4K, normally in 1920X1080 on a Samsung 52 "HD monitor it is a kingston SSD. thank you for your interest |
