Hi ,
Can someone tell why when I set all folding animation in XML properly , in game folding it’s making only part of animation and end of folding is made when im lowering ???

Apart from pure optic/visible effects, in most cases you need also appropriate entries in <cylindered> <movingTools> resp. <movingParts>.
