Hi

I wanted to ask for help for a problem that I don't know if it's possible or not.

I have a map on which I made some changes, terrain, paintings, fields were things I changed, I made a save to the game, but now when I open it in the giants editor to create a pda map, the changes I made do not seem, is there any way to correct this.

The changes you have made in game do not touch the map itself.
For this you must copy certain files from savegame into the map folder. Notice: don't touch the maps in FS install folder. Always use a modmap for changes. Also for a modmap you should use a backup.
The most important savegame files to copy are
- heightmap: terrain.heightmap.png
- terrain textures: terrain.lod.type.cache, terrain.nmap.cache
- field cultivation: cultivator_density.gdm
- foliage: fruit_density.gdm
These files may have a different filename in the map. Pay attention to rename these accordingly after copying.
If you're unsure use the map.i3d filelist to identify the files (in text view).

Thank you very much for your attention.

I suspected it was something like the one you told me, I will focus on your answer and try and the files you told me.

Good

I did everything as you told me, when opening the map in the editor, the new land and foliage levels appear, the only problem is that the land paintings do not appear to me.
I use the NF_march 2.8 modmap, which I think I still need to do to be able to see everything in the editor.

greetings

Then you didn't copy/rename the *.cache files according to map notation.
