I'm a complete noob whit computers and defenetly with giants editor. I watched the toturials but they only show how to add some buildings or roads and not how to remove them. Is there somebody that want to help me but has a little bit patience haha and could learn this idiot something?

Obviously you have missed the one or other basic tutorial.
The most basic is here on GDN Documentation -> Editor, a brief introduction into editor handling.
