Building Specular Map - Channels

Hi, I have modelled a stone wall pack, When making the specular map for it what texture sets need to be on what channels?
I know how to make a specular map for a vehicle with AO,dirt and wear but unsure how to create one for a prefab object

any help is appreciated thanks
