| Hi, i have changed my windows 7 system to 64 bit. I want try the new trial version of 3dsMax 2012 in 64 bit with the exporter plugin. The plugin crashes at startup with a message: no valid Win32 application. Is there a problem with Window 7 64bit and 3dsMax 64 bit? Thanks Thorsten |

| The i3d exporters currently do not support the 64bit versions of 3dsMax and Maya. You should install the 32bit version of 3dsMax and Maya, or wait for our next release of the exporters, which will support 64bit as well. Having Windows 7 64bit however is no problem, its only the version of the program you install. Btw. It's probably not possible to install any plugins with the trial version anyway, but I'm not sure about that. |
