| You have to create a material for the object and link to the specular and normal files before exporting from Blender. |

| silly question here, but can you open an existing shapes file with blender 3.6 or higher? like, open the i.3d shapes file? |

| The shapes file is data for the id3 file. The GIANTS EDITOR can export an id3 file as an obj file which BLEANDER can import. "I3D Exporter Additionals" is a great BLENDER addon for the Blender i3d Exporters. It can help you create a material with the same textures that the original i3d file used. |
