when I download this file Blender Exporter Plugins v5.5.1 Beta and put it in script/add-ons and then start blender and install it. when looking for it to check off in the add-ons list its not their. And when I install it its still not their. help?

The Exporter options are located in the properties panel "N Key" https://www.dropbox.com/sh/z5wkyw88wfnau1c/2LHTp3y1_s
