Hi,

please compare the materials (material attributes), there should be a difference noticable.

Cheers,
Emil

Hi that's right but I don't know how I can make the Setting in Blender so it fit to the material attributes of the river in the game. Thanks for helping

Hi,

hmmmm .... sadly I have no idea about using Blender.

You could try to set the attributes in the i3d file directly.
Normally it is much better to set the attributes in the 3D modeling program - no question!
But if you are already happy with the shape, just edit the i3d file.

Good luck!

Cheers,
Emil

Hi,

in Maya I could give you some tips, but I'm really not sure about Blender.
Sorry.

Cheers,
Emil

Hi Kobbi,

if i understand your question correct then i think i have the answere for you.

you want a plane from blender that is transparant with a texture on it.

the easy way that i use is the following

make the plane in blender.
make/open the texture in photoshop or your program off use.
set the transparancy in the texture and safe the texture as a DDS5 file.
this file uses alpha channel and let you use a transparancy.

then go back to blender and add the texture to the plane as a material.
make sure you only have 1 material on the plane.

then export to a folder.
after that import the plane into GE and it should have transparancy on it.

hope this works for you.

greets shermy
